1. Copyright

   • The artist who will publish the song via TuneFry Music Distributor will be solely responsible and liable for its content. The TuneFry marketplace believes that information, opinions, views of the content shall not construed as opinions of the platform. If in the future any copyright issue arises, TuneFry shall not be liable for whatsoever error or negligence of content published by artists ever happens.

2. No-refund Policy

   • A no-refund policy envisages that once the plan is brought by the customer, no changes can be made afterward. TuneFry affirms a no-refund policy wherein customers will not be able to get any compensation after buying any services.

3. Regular distribution of royalty

   • TuneFry grants records and analytics of songs published to the artists. The royalty will be given to artist after regular time interval without any substantial question of law.

   • TuneFry will protect the financial intricacy of artist. The individual would not have to take membership regularly for streaming of songs. Once the song published via TuneFry it is available for lifetime on different platforms

5. Anti-Fraud Policy

   • TuneFry affirms that if ever situation arises of copyright infringement, then the TuneFry is free to takedown the content of artist and will not be responsible for any legal actions.
